first weigh in

    hi all just had my first weigh in and even after my bad weekend still managed to lose 7 lb so iam so pleased really gonna focus and stick with it 100% love jo:)

    That's all any of us can do, hun - sometimes you have to take it hour by hour. It's a struggle at times but soooo worth it!
