First weigh in

    Lost(%):
    1st0lb(7.25%)
    at 10am i have my first weigh in. i have been on this diet for 2 weeks now and i love the fact that all choice of food has been taken away from me. i weighed myself this morning and my scales say that i have lost 10lbs!!!! I hope my CDC scales read the same if they say i have lost less i will be well upset
