thanks everyone, dont think i would of lasted if it wasnt for this site and everyones comments, it really is a fantastic site. im now even more determined to stick to it especially now that i know it does work. long road ahead though but with such support from you guys im sure i can do it. so thank you

well done hunni!! i lost 10lbs in my 1st week but i was 2 stone heavier when i started and now im only a few lbs in front of u! :D
