    Had my first weigh in today and I've lost 10 lbs! Would have liked to get to a stone but I knew the sandwhich I had earlier in the week had messed it up a little. >< Really pleased so far though! Just under a 1/4 of what I need to lose already gone!

    Finally got the flapjacks today so no more of that soup! Getting an exercise bike today too if it's in stock so I can add that to my work out and hopefully lose a nice lot next week too!

    Thanks so much everyone! Definitely spurs me on to keep with it! I'm starting to find I'm now only getting a psychological hunger instead of actual hunger. Everything still smells so good but I know I don't really want it anymore.

    amazing loss - can't believe you ate a sanwich and still lost that much. isn't this diet great?!
    i know what you mean about the psychological hunger - i have been shocked by how much i was eating before just for the sake of it rather than actually being hungry.
    Have you tried a flapjack yet? I'm going to the chemist tomorrow and going to try one, though my pharmacist keeps telling me they are awful...what's your verdict?

    I know! I was dreading to think what the bread and butter would do! I was a muppet and forgot my food one day so made sure it was chicken at least. It was only a quarter but it still kicked me out of ketosis (which really sucked!).
    I've not tried one yet but I've got a bit of both flavours, I'm going to have it in a little bit so I'll definitely let you know!
