Congratulations on your loss.
These weight conversions can be confusing.

I am 11st 6lbs which I thought was 160lbs, seeing as 10st=140lbs and at 14lb in a stone it should be 140 + 14 + 6 = 160lbs, but all the converters I've found have said that 160lbs is 11st 4lbs
