Thankyou all for your great comments. Still in shock, everybody says they can see the loss on my face !!!!! I would have preferred they said my bum!!!!!
Irish eyes lots of baths and water and keep away from the TV adverts, i swear they are 98% food....

well done i had my first weigh in today only lost 4lbs but had cheated,have learned my lesson though thanks to this website and hearing about how well it is possible to do you have just proved it again.keep up the good work

sammi - that is a wonderful first week weigh in. you must be sooo pleased. heres looking forward to week two. i only managed 7lbs for my first week -but i am still on the straight and narrow! well done again!!!
