    Hey girls and guys :D

    Just had my first WI and im thrilled to say I have lost 12lbs:clap:!!! Im so so so happy!!! Here is to a sucessful week 2. Just need to up my water intake as ive been a bit lacking, oops!

    Great result for week one. That will keep you motivated for next week. Don't let the water slip as it is important to keep up fluids for both hydration and flushing out the ketones. Drink at least 2ltrs a day.
