    Weight watchers
    Lost 3.5lb tonight. Bit gutted tho. For my first week thought itd be more! I have 39 pp a day average I used a day was bout 30 and used 4pp of my weekly. Do you think it makes more difference if I use all dailys and all weeklys? As in lose more? X

    a loss of 3.5 is ace, hope i do that well in my first week!

    you have done brill 3.5lb is a great loss you should be proud of yourself, maybe you should have all your daily points but im not sure about weekly ones, im doing old points at home so dont know much about propoints, just think youve lost nearly 2 bags of sugar in weight in one week.xxxx
