    its great isnt it.

    Had my first weigh in after three days and had lost 7 pounds!! Am going for my next weigh in tomorrow and I can tell that I have lost more.

    looks like we have a similar journey ahead of us.

    im doing a complete mixture, just depends on what i feel like for that day!
    i was hoping to loose abit more but ive drank more than usual this week and had a chinese at the weekend, plus not much exercise so what else can I expect lol;)
