Hi everyone, i will be joining sw a week on weds, as i need to go to hosp this weds so wont make my class, but i want to start diet now. Have done it before but i don't have access to syns online or anything. Could you lovely people tell me the syns for:
Ross' cod fillets in butter sauce
Ross cod fillets in parsley sauce (both from iceland)
Icelands lean beef mince
Thanks in advance, i am trying to use up what i have in the house before i do a big sw shop.
