Fish on Green

Hi, Does anyone know if the weight for fish as healthy extras is raw or cooked? It specifies for meat but not fish... surely there must be a difference, like with meat?

Depends on the fish but cod and haddock are 170g raw weight

In my book it explicitly states:

85g tuna, fresh

also:

113g tuna, canned in brine
113g tuna, canned in spring water

(page 29)

The weights given for meat in the index are definitely for uncooked stuff, I don't know why fish/tuna would be any different.

Also it says directly above the weight "Cook any way you like without adding fat, or stir-fry with a little low-calorie cooking spray" - I think it's pretty safe to say that's the weight for *raw* meat, fish etc etc.
