My mum is making fish (but in breadcrumbs) for tea if i take the breadcrumbs off will the fush still be free on EE?

In the eating out section of the syns directory, it says that fish from the chip shop, batter removed, is free on red or EE, so if it was me I'd count your fish as free if you take the coating off.

I was going to say it was free as well as I always take the batter off deep fried fish - don't like it.
