Started my exante diet today. Had porridge for breakfast and chocolate shake for lunch. I added some glucomannan to the shake in the hope it will keep me feeling full for longer. Made the shake taste yuck so if I take it again I will knock it back with water and then enjoy my shake on its own. Have the start of a caffeine headache so will take some paracetamol. I have two stone to lose and am starting at 10st4lb. Looking forward to shifting this weight so that I can wear my clothes again. Had twins in September and normally by now I would be back to my normal weight (I have four children in total) but twins was a different pregnancy gained a lot more weight and was unable to move around for lots of it. Also I'm hoping that I won't feel so tired when two stone is gone. My three year old is just over two stone and I can't help thinking when i pick him up that is a lot of weight to be carrying around. Feeling optimistic and hopeful. Have tried atkins weightwatchers 5 day fast and nothing seems to be working for me so I hope this does. My biggest downfall is water drinking so if anyone has any helpful tips much appreciated.
