Yep, I get them as they are handy to take for lunch or when I am going out for the day. I take one instead of a shake and make sure to take extra water with it. Don't much like them but they are handy when you can't make a shake.
I must say I take my hat off 2 you both! i tried the so called coconut one took one bite and had to spit it out! wish i did like them tho! would save alot of trouble when i go out! x
I have between 5 and 7 a week.
I like half broken up in hot vanilla 'mousse' for a porridge breakfast and I have the other half with a 'vanilla latte' at lunch.
I like having something to actually 'eat' and preferred it when I could take them for lunch at work - as less conspicuous(?) than the shakes
