Flattering swimsuits

If anyone finds one / some, please give us a link!! I know it's early to be thinking about this, but I want to be prepared this year, and I wouldn't mind using the pool at my gym.

Not sure how useful this will be, but thought I'd contribute. I have this one from River Island.

I was quite surprised at how flattering it actually is, as it's not from a specialist shop or anything. I usually go swimming once a week at the local leisure centre, and always wear this costume as it's quite supportive and the rouched front makes it quite flattering.

If you want a 'regular' swimsuit just for doing lengths and stuff, I rate the Zoggs 'booty' suits. They're designed to be flattering, so they have some support and also lower cut legs.

hi

I have a Zogg as well, but its the one with shorts you can also get swimming shorts (Look like licra work out bottoms not the loose mens shorts) and seperate tank tops. Try the simplybe website they have a sale on at the mo

Thanks for this. I've been looking for a swimsuit myself recently as I hope to start going swimming soon but I haven't owned a costume in a long time! I just went on SimplyBe and ordered one in the sale :) Hoping I like it when it gets here!

Throw a T-shirt over it if you don't feel that confident in a just a bikini.

In my experience, the people in local swimming pools are equally as overweight as I am, so it's nothing to be concerned about.

I tend to buy costumes with halterneck straps as it makes the puppies look epic and draws attention away from everything else!

Haha Jez halter necks rock for that!! I got mine from ASDA, it's polka dot with a halter neck and a cute skirt bit, I love it and wish I had the courage to go to a public pool so I could wear it as its been sat in a drawer for about a year!! It's really flattering, at least I think so, and was chuffed that it was size 24 and fitted me (I'm size 26) so maybe I like it more cos of that :D

I'm going on holiday in September and reeeeeally want to buy a bikini (for the first time ever!) but all the ones I've seen have these skimpy little pants and I need something to tuck my loose skin into (sorry!). Just wanted to say a big thank you for the simply be suggestion as they have loads of bikini bottoms which are like proper pants which is just brilliant :D
