Flavoured Cooked Chicken

Hiya. Been looking for the syn values of flavoured chicken but can't find it anywhere. Does anyone know if these are syn free, or if they have to be synned because of the coating?

For example : Sainsbury's Chinese Style Chicken Breast Slices (160g)

I've been having them warmed up for lunch with a salad - yummy!! Hope they are freeeeeee

I have had the tesco ones and most are free or very low in syns!

Sains chines chicken slices 160g are 0.5 syns on EE and red

The chargrilled chick slices and sweet chilli slices are free
