Flavoured water????

I am on day 6 of the diet and I have read that you are able to drink Perfectly clear apple as it does not contain citric acid? it contains malic acid?? can anyone confirm this??

Was interested to see if there was an answer to this. My CDC basically says nothing but plain old water. Sorry can't be more help.

Hello my CDC said perfectly clear strawberry and kiwi I think, it was definitely strawberry and something xx

Some times a bit of variety is needed. It's different for everyone tho. I lost 2 stone drink sparkling flavoured water last time. I didnt even know that citric acid can be an issue!!!!! Whoops!!!

Don't think it exists? Think perfectly clear is just still flavoured water......? I might be wrong x
