Hello it's me again. I haven't started yet, but have a question. With all this water you have to drink, can you flavour it with calorie-free squash? I find I hate the taste of water and it would make it easier if I could do that?
Not sure with Lipo but on Cambridge you can get cambridge flavourings for water, you need to be careful with squash as the citric acid can jeopardise ketosis which in turn will make you hungry.
In theory as long as they are tablet ones (the granulated sweetener is very high carb) then that should be fine, you may need to heat the water to get them to dissolve though.
Hi Sedalia, you'll soon find you get very used to the water - I couldnt drink it without squash before I started on LT, now I'm a total water-guzzler! I find having sparkling water as well as flat helps a lot too!
