On LL we are only allowed tabasco. Not sure if that helps!

1g of curry powder can be added to the soups, comes with a warning though that it could cause hunger, do not attempt until week 3.

Same with nutmeg, cinnamon wait until week 3 then see if they make you feel hungry, test for ketosis.

Some people are more carb sensitive than others.
