I have a load of flaxmeal in the cupboard from when I did Atkins but Id never thought of trying that. Could be quite a good idea, just dont know if it would work.
Calorie content seems high; how much would you have to use? I bulk up my shakes and soups with Co-op unsweetened soymilk - 250mls is 80 cals, 0.5g carbs, and high in protein and fibre so keeps me full for longer. Also I only use 100mls so hardly any calories.
Yeah but the flaxmeal would have the added bonus of helping out with bowel movements so Im inclined to think the extra calorie intake wouldnt be an issue.

I'd thought about using 10/15g of flaxmeal.

I'm not sure if it will work either Joanne but I think I might give it a go!
