Flaxmeal ?

im not having much luck fnding flaxmeal which it says you need for these muffins, plenty of flaxseed about, no flaxmeal, can anyone enlighten me please ?

linseed hun , flaxseeed is ground linseed, you grind it yourself in a coffe grinder.
got mine from online lowcarbmegastore.com and also from local health food shop

ahhh, so i need to get a coffee grinder too lmao. hmm might just keep getting my bread from low carb place, unless i could use my magic bullett thingy i got from jml,

looking at the blades in my grinder (10 from ebay )think its the same kind of think , if it grinds it down hunnie its fine

im not sure if it grinds, i will have to dig out the destructions, i think it might, although i have the destructions somewhere,
