Flexidays, what do you do?

Hi

Its my birthday tomorrow, and also my weigh in morning. I don't intent to go TOO mad, but thought that I would use the day as a flexi day, having between 30 and 35 syns so I can have some cake etc. I was thinking that as it's weigh day I would then cap the rest of my days at 10 syns (I usually have between 13 and 15), so I would be 'banking' about 20 syns and that would compensate. I know that you aren't officially meant to do that, and tend to not have flexi days, but was wondering if this was how others did it, or do you just have your flexi day, draw a line and carry on?

It depends if you want to pull a loss next week or not. The way you plan to do it gives you the best chance of getting one anyway - it is said that if you have a flexisyn day that you should accept that you may not lose the following week and then just carry on as normal - but as your allowance for flexisyns isnt hugely extravagant, and you intend to soak up some of it over the following days (remember you will have 6 days before your next WI anyway, so if you cap at 10 for the whole week then you should pretty much cover the whole lot) you stand a very good chance of a loss next week.

Have a happy birthday!!!
