Flipping heck I'm hungry tonight

    and can not face another porridge :jelous: I did love them but totally gone off now. What can I do to keep myself on the straight and narrow. Only on day 6 of restart and feeling myself starting to give in already. So far today I have picked at stirfry and a lump of cheese:cry: Realistically I think I'm going to ss+ as I can't hack ss. Sorry bit of a ramble from me

    am so sorry to hear ur struggling. but maybe ss+ would be better for as u said. as for motivation maybe u should think why u initially wanted to loose the weight i.e either for health reason or just fit in nicer small clothes. tbh we are all struggling but we choose to stick to it or rather i do. forget about the picking and maybe speak to ur cdc about ss+.

    good luck on whatever u choose to do. remember we are all here to support each other and maybe remind each other of the end goal.

    Thanks Salchichi, well I gave into the temptation but had an omelet with a tiny bit of cheese and fry light. Fingers crossed this will keep me in ketosis. Well done on getting through your first week x

    thanks but as u see i had a miniature loss compared to what i see. and i must say I WANTED TO CHEAT but i didnt as i knew i would probably loose the benefits of ketosis. and like u i wouldnt only cheat with protein foods because i luv carbs,,,btw i dont think the food u'v eaten will knock u out of ketosis am not sure though.

    Remember your aim to reach goal be your hubby's 40th - that should help to motivate you in time for the ?party celebrations, photos, that great outfit etc
    Its tough to start again and get back into ketosis, wishing you well.
