Flu

Since last night I have had the shivers, coughing vomiting and I am currently in my bed. I think I am coming down with the flu, is there anything that I can take that is not going to kick me out of ketosis? I really need a cough bottle as I cough so much that I am vomiting but the ones that I looked in the chemist all have alcohol in them

Heyy I work in a pharmacy there is a cough medicine which is called robitussin it's sugar free there is a chest cough and dry cough syrup. I don't think it has alcohol. Hope u feel better soon xxx
