Slimming for my children
GOnna start writing stuff down again as I thought i had done ok last week but i put on today 2lbs so will be strict. To be honest I dont think I ate enough!

Here goes.....

Week 1. working nights on fri sat sun tues and wed.
Friday 13th Feb

Bfast - x2 pork morrissons sausages
Baked parsnips and carrots
savoury rice (curry yum)
Lunch - Sheperds pie (home made)
Snacks - Mug shot, apple, cous cous cake

Hex a - milk in tea
hex b - x2 alpen for snacks during night

Saturday 14th Feb

Dinner - h2b is cooking me a sw meal for v day
Lunch - Sheperds pie
bfast - x2 alpen lights (hex b) apple, cous cous cake.

Milk for tea (hex a)
 
Saturday 14th Feb

Dinner - hubs made me a low fat curry with rice, home made chips and naan bread

Lunch - Sheperds pie
bfast - x2 alpen lights (hex b) apple, cous cous cake.

Milk for tea (hex a)

No syns as the naan bread i couldnt find the syns for so thats that.

Sunday (nights)

Bfast - stir fry (chicken and noodles etc)
Lunch - shepards pie left over
snack - x2 alpen lights (hex b) apple, cous cous cake.

Milk (hexa)

Monday -

bfast - x2 weetabix and milk (hex a and b)
Lunch - Jacket with cottage cheese and salad
dinner - minted lamb grills with roast potatoes and veg
Snacks - yoghurt, apple, satsumas and mug shot

I cant comment on your food as i dont know much about SW. Although when dieting i'm a believer in a multi vitamin every day and 3ltrs of water a day. Works for me. Hope I've helped.

Hi FNM, looks good to me, do you syn your Couscous cake? Iv'e noticed a few people on here are concerned that their weight loses had slowed down or stopped because they hadn't been syning the cake and been eating loads of it, just a thought hun. xxx
 
Yea i dont tend to use my syns so when i have cous cous i just have a slice anyway.

Bren I did it before but had alot of family problems and went off track. Lost 10lbs before but this is the only diet I have loved and believe me i have done EVERY diet going.

Tuesday:- EE

x2 weetabix with milk (hex a and b)
pasta and sauce
Bacon, egg, beans and chips

Sheperds pie left overs (hoping this wont give me food poisening lol)
Mug shots and fruit.

On nights again but got woken up early with period pains. JOY!


Wednesday:-

Spaghetti carbonara with hex b soft cheese
Jacket with cottage cheese and salad
Cous cous cake yoghurt and fruit for snacks

Thursday:-

Egg, bacon, beans and chips
home made Donar kebab and pitta (syn)
Pasta sauce
Snacks fruit and yoghurt!





 
Just looking over your diary Hun and there doesnt seem to be much fruit or veg intake or snacking on fruit etc....am I right?
Other than that the plan is fine!
 
Yea i snack on f and v but stuff like the shep pie has parnsips carrots etc in it.

Just doubt I have lost this week as its star week! :(
Got 6 months and 1 week till my wedding and my first dress fitting is May so I want to loose AS MUCH as possible. And it just doesnt seem to be shifting!

Well I didnt end up sticking to it last night. I was so so so so tired and didnt have enough time to make food up so had a porition of chips and loads of sweets :cry: I am due on any time now i can feel the pains but shes not showing i just wish af would show and get it over and done with but hey.....

Thursday:-

Morrisons syn free sausages, mild curry rice, and baked parnsips with carrots
Sausage bake (1hexb for the cheese)

Snacks fruit and yoghurt!

Friday:- working Days

x2 crumpets with butter (syns)
Lasagne home made and 2 syn with 1hexb cheese
Jacket potatoe with cottage cheese and salad
apple, yoghurt and satsumas

Saturday Working days
x2 crumpets with butter (syns)
Lasagne home made and 2 syn with 1hexb cheese
pasta and cheese (hexa)
apple, yoghurt and satsumas

Sunday working days
x2 crumpets with butter (syns)
pasta and cheese (hexa)
lasagne home made and 1hexb
minted lamb grill, veg and potatoes with gravy. yum
