Slimming for my children
Diary of a shift worker lol.
Well just started my job as a trainee medical dispatcher (999 answerer and dispatcher) and its been really really hard to keep to the diet so thought I would keep a diary as of today (the one of many started) but try and be honest and if i eat more I will add it.
They have been laying on food so to be able to get to know my colleagues I have taken this but today we go to a different base and theres only tea and coffee (sweetners are in my bag)

BF:- HEXB - X2 alpen light bars
Lunch:- Pasta sauce
Dinner:- Egg beans sw chips.
Desert:- Muller light.

I know its not much but i literally dont get time to eat!!! We are training and have 1 break of 5 mins for a loo break in morning then a half hour lunch and then 5 mins in the evening.

But hey ho i have a job.

right so stuck to it so far and managed to add in an apple.
Once i get into a routine i can get more veg and fruit into the diet.
I am stuffed and tired and want to go to sleep but have to tidy up and revise!!

Food for tomo:-

BF:- HEXB - X2 alpen light bars
Lunch:- tomatoe Pasta sauce with HEXB cheese
Dinner:- Jacket pot and beans Hex A Cheese.
Desert:- Muller light.
 
I am back. I didnt have internet so have to start from scratch!

Tomorrow Green day

BF:- HEXB - X2 alpen light bars
Lunch:- Tomato soup (11/5 syns) I know its alot but i am ill!
Fruit for snacks.
Dinner:- 1.5 syns lasagne with jacket and beans.
Desert:- Muller light.
 
Green day

BF:- HEXB - Granola bar
HEXA - Milk for tea
Lunch:- Left over lasagne. 1/2
Fruit for snacks.
Hula Hoops 6.5 syns.
Dinner:- egg, sw chips and spaghetti
Desert:- Muller light.

Total syns 7.
