Folic Acid Tablets

Hi,

Does anybody know if folic acid tablets with omega-3 supplement have to be counted as syns? Tried to find them on syn calculator on the website but I can't find any information.

The folic acid in itself has no need to be syned. I don't know about the omega though - is it a large oily capsule?

I wouldn't syn supplements like this personally. I once heard a lady ask if Gaviscon should be syned. Its sugarfree so I thought no, and the consultant said she wouldn't bother either.

No medication needs to be synned x
