food and exercise diary

Today I will have a brisk 30 minute walk.

I will drink 2 litres of water.

I will eat porridge with skimmed milk and honey, soup, fish and vegetables.

My diet rules are low fat. 2 litres of water. 3 exercise classes a week.

I must lose 2 stone to have a healthy BMI.
