hi i have jst bought a cheap blender from argos,
i have lsot a tone and a bit in two weeks by getting weighed at the class with my wife, im really into it,. anyway,
we got a blender today and have never used one before at all, its only a cheap one,
what kind of things do you do in them.?
i was thinking of putting a load of veg in them and chopping it up and chucking it in a pasta etc, any ideas and or tips really welcome
