Food diary after a PANTS week!

Had a night out on Saturday night.. Lots of vodka, no takeaway.. But then I had a macdonalds in the morning then a Chinese for tea. Weigh in today, and I've put on 3.5lbs.. Shock, horror! Now I'm fed up with myself so I thought i'd give myself an extra boot up the bum by doing a food diary this week!

Monday

Breakfast

35g Sultana bran (HEXB) with 1%milk (HEXA) with chopped banana

Lunch

Jacket potato
Teaspoon of light spread *1
2 slices of turkey
Lettuce, cucumber, carrot, peppers

Tea
Fish pie made with fat free fromage frais and fish stock
Mash top with 1tbsp light spread (shared between 2) *1.5
Green beans and carrots
KitKat *5.5

Snacks
Pear
Apple
fat free yogurt.
Coffee's using the rest of my HEX A with sweetener.

Total syns 8



Is this right? I'm starting to doubt myself!:sigh:
 
Tuesday

Breakfast
35g Sultana bran (HEXB) with 1%milk (HEXA)
Boiled egg
Plum
Pear

Lunch
Pork
peppers
cucumber
onion
lettuce

Tea
Mash potato 1.5*
Gammon
Brocolli
carrots
100mls gravy. 1.5*
Coffees with rest of the milk

Snacks
Fat free yogurt
Satsuma
Pear
Apple


Gonna have some chocolate but I'm debating what to have! Will be back with the verdict! (and the total syns usage)
 
Wednesday

Breakfast
Blackberries with fatfree yoghurt

Lunch
2 slices of wholemeal toast from a 400g loaf
2 boiled eggs
Mushrooms
Tangerine
Light spread 2*

Tea
I have planned to make
SW Chips
SW Burgers
SW coleslaw
With lots of salad, cucumber and tomatos.
(fave tea ever nomnom!)
Snacks
Coffees with HEXA 1%milk
Dime bar 7.5*

Total syns usage: 9.5
 
I've haven't had a diam bar in ages..... reading your diary makes me want one ;) 7.5 syns Is a good deal I'm thinking :)



They are SO worth the syns. Love my choc!!

Thursday


Breakfast

2 slices of wholemeal toast
2 boiled eggs
mushrooms
3 bacon rashers (no fat)
Light spread 2*
plum
Satsuma

Lunch
Went Christmas shopping and had lunch out with a friend...
Chicken,lots and lots of salad with edamame beans
cous cous
dressing 0.5*
olive oil 2* (just to be safe)

Tea
Gonna have a crack at diet coke chicken with lots of salad, SW Coleslaw and wedges!

Snacks
Coffees with HEXA 1% milk
Dime bar (haha) 7.5*

Friday

Breakfast

Blackberries

Lunch
Chicken and lots of salad
Yoghurt
Plum
Orange

Then I went swimming on my break at work.. absolutely starving afterward and had jacket potato with beans and a teaspoon of extra light spread 1*

Tea
Beef stew (LOTS of lovely veg!)
Mash with a little spread 1.5*
gravy 1.5*

Snacks
Apple
Daim bar 7.5*
Coffees with the rest of the milk!

Saturday

Breakfast

Spaghetti with bacon (no fat) diced chicken breast.. peppers courgette

Tea
Pork dinner
Mash potato 1.5
Gravy 2
lots and lots veggies

Snacks
low fat yog
lots of fruit
dairy milk bubbly mini.. Not sure what the syns are on that but I'm sure i've not gone over!

We'll say i've used my full 15 syns allowance today to make sure :)
 
I know! Missed my daim bar! I've been at work on 12 hour days all weekend so not had chance to go to the supermarket, i've no prayer if i send the OH he'd come back with something completely wrong haha! Will be going to get some tomorrow morning though!!

over the week I have used 83.5 syns and at the very top i can use 105 syns.. so I really SHOULD have lost weight! The only day I've been naughty is today and i've been so busy at work i felt I deserved it..!

Weigh day tomorrow so I shall let you know the result!

I'm good hun, just massively busy weekend at work! Not back until Wednesday so I'll be doing a lot of pampering! :) xxx
