Food diary and daily dealings!

Right starting again, can't afford to go back to slimming world classes but have my books so hopefully if I post my food dairy here someone can keep me right!

Christmas is fast approaching and instead of eating my way through Christmas and having more to lose in January I think I'll start now!

I think most days will be extra easy.

Will post my food later on! :)

Today's foody stuff

B: mullerlight & an apple
L: Pasta n sauce added mush & onions and had salad too with cheese HexA
S: Mugshot
D: prawn & chorizo rice with loads of added veggies & salad (3 syns)
S: wholemeal pitta HexB & cheese (5 syns)

Also did 10mins cross trainer and 1 hour of body combat.

Good day so far..... If anyone sees a flaw in my food please let me know!! :)
