Food Diary In Advance :)

First proper week at slimming world and I've struggled so I'm going to post my diary on here the night before for tomorrows food choices :) and then perhaps if I get anything wrong, you can let me know before I eat it :) Really want to have a good weigh in next week :)

Red Day

Sultana Bran (HEB)
350ml skimmed milk for tea and breakfast (HEA)

Grilled bacon, scrambled egg, grilled mushrooms and tomatos

I want to make spag bol tomorrow night so what's the best way to incoporate that into a red day? or would I be best to avoid it and go for chicken salad?
