The plan for today. ee

B - alpen light and satsuma

L - bovril and cucumber on 2 slice whole meal (b) banana, pear

D - high in syns but can someone help? 2 tesco light choice sausages with yorkshires. Then pancakes I will only have 1 possibly 2, if someone can help me some can plan flexi syns please!!

The sausages are 1 syn each. The yorkies are about 3 or 4 syns each depending on size. The pancakes I'm not sure about but they must be the around the same as the yorkies x

Plan for today. Green.

B - banana, cereal bar

L - mugshot, coconut mullerlight, clementine, apple

D - quorn steaks, slimming chips, garlic mushrooms, cheesecake (12)

S - pear and possibly more fruit, alpen light b, fibre plus bar b, milky way 5

Dr - milk a

Syns - 17 (based on 20cal rule)

Left for the week - 58

Exercise - 50 min gym.

Just got weighed by my mum and wondering what you all thought. She checks my weight every Thursday but I weigh myself Sunday's and take that week as my weigh day. Is it better if I should just do the one day on a Thursday?? Xx
