Food diary! Stone to lose by september 28th

Breakfast: scrambled egg (milk hexa) with Wholemeal toast (hex b) utterly butterly lightly 2 tsps (3 syns)

Lunch: mugshot tomato and herb, muller Greek style peach (0.5 syns)

Dinner: sirloin steak, uncle bens express rice (2.5 syns) broccoli.

Snacks: no snacks

Drinks: diet coke, water, tea (milk hex a)

Struggled with the super free today as need to do the big shop tomorrow!
