Hi everyone,
Am new to these forums, but not new to SW...I'll be 30 tomorrow and I first joined SW aged 17. Anyway I'm returning to the plan but am going to go it alone without a class and see how I get on. I'd like to lose about 40lb but I'll go for 10% for starters which is 18lb (that feels like LOADS!!)
So here's my plan for the day: green day
Breakfast: banana, porridge oats heb, semi skimmed milk hea
Snack: 1/4 cantaloupe, fat free Greek yogurt
Lunch: spicy bean stew with rice
Snack: pineapple
Dinner: venison steak heb, SW chips, garlic mushrooms, salad
I'm off work today so i'm batch cooking lunches for the week, bean stew and minestrone soup
I'm going for an Indian tomorrow (for my birthday) and trying to remember the better choices, any suggestions?
