Hi Everyone!

It's been a looooong time since I've been on here!

I joined a while ago when I had a lot of weight to lose. I've tried Weight Watchers, Lighter life and Slimming World. SW was the only one that seemed to work for me and I've shed 4.5 stone :)

However, I have been puttig on a little bit of weight again (new relationship...new job...comfort eating) and need to lose a few pounds!

I am not following any "type" of diet now...just healthy eating with an SW twist! I've written down my food diary below...can someone please let me know if I should make any changes etc...thank you very much!


Yesterday's diary:

07:45 - 2 boiled eggs and a muller light yogurt
10:30 - 2 mini babybel lights
12:30 - 3 gluten free rice cakes
13:30 - SW speed soup and a banana
15:30 - banana
18:00 - spaghetti bolognase (don't get much choice about dinner because I eat with the family!)

Do you think this type of eating will help me lose those extra pounds?
