Food for your hair

    Hi all,

    I'm sort of on the management phase. I wanted to know what foods are good for your hair growth and fabulousness?

    I believe that food that is high in omegas are good for your hair. Avocado, nuts, seeds that sort of thing. (and oily fish).

    Or are you wanting to literally put it on your hair... :D

    Isn't egg yolk supposed to be good for it??

    B and C vitamins, zinc and iron are all important for healthy hair (as well as essential fatty acids as gaijingirl mentioned). Eat fish and whole grains, and munch seeds and nuts, and carrots dipped in hummus (a magical combo if ever there was one). WARNING: I have no idea whether these are allowed on LL maintenance or not but they ARE good for your hair :)

    well as I am in management I will start just on the fish and B vits!
    Any other ideas Ladies and gents?
