The only one I know is eat your crusts if you want it to curl!

B and C vitamins, zinc and iron are all important for healthy hair (as well as essential fatty acids as gaijingirl mentioned). Eat fish and whole grains, and munch seeds and nuts, and carrots dipped in hummus (a magical combo if ever there was one). WARNING: I have no idea whether these are allowed on LL maintenance or not but they ARE good for your hair :)
