Fri brought some chicken fillets from sainsburys as I have small meal with my shakes, omg was I Ill, 8 hours on the toilet, on a positive note, nothing left in my body to be sick or the other way lol. Lost 4 lb in fluids in 8 hrs, shocking. So good weight loss this week. So not worth the pain, thought I was dying lol.
