Good question, and it's hard to just choose 5 but I would say:
- ff natural yogurt

- 'interesting' fruit (strawberries, pineapple, melon - whatever's on offer)
- cheddar
Activia ff yogurts (can't stand Mullers!)
Fish (whatever's on a good deal)

Wide variety of fruit (never eaten so much different fruit!)
