Do anyone know of a tasty or shall we say a drinkable replacement meal ?

I’m tackling my first lot of night shifts next week while being on my diet but when ever I’m on nights I can’t eat a proper meal let’s say I just pick on rubbish all day then the same all night. I can never bring myself to eat a sandwich or a meal as such, my main issue at work is time and home just because I don’t feel like it before bed or when I get up.

I’ll probably eat bits the OH will do like a egg on whole meal bread with beans as something light a hour or so after I get up but at work I could do with a quick meal replacement drink but something filling and I’ll take some bits of fruit with me too which I can pick at as and when.

The gym wollers at work say a whey protein will be filling but what’s your thoughts ?
