    I have started my cambridge diet today
    gonna stick to it come what may
    Just 6 hours in
    I was in the bin
    Oh my god i,ve started today


    I woke early the next morning
    downed my shake as i was yawning
    It went down so quick
    no need for a toothpick
    gonna stick to it come what may

    I think i,ve hit ketosis
    Not feeling so shattered and lifeless
    Still staring at food
    It not lifting my mood
    gonna stick to it come what may


    Blimey how much water can i drink:tear_drop::tear_drop::tear_drop::tear_drop:
    running to the loo, cant sleep a wink
    Big day tomorrow
    No time for sorrow
    Its weigh in and the end of the week.

    I'v made it, its the end of the week!!!!
    Even though my faimly think i,m a freak
    I' ve lost 8 pounds
    And thats just sound
    Cant wait til i am slim and chic:D

    Well i have to do something with my time. x
