Just keep swimming
Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of weight gain,
I will fear no food stuff,
for everyone is with me;
My Consultant and Group members,
they comfort me
They prepare a table before me
in the presence of my temptations;
They anoint my head with glorious wisdom of meal planning so that my plate overflows with super free!
Surely health and happiness shall follow me all the days of my life,
and I shall dwell in the house of target members forever.
