Sarah-Jayne,

DON'T buy those Tesco Value soups I told you about, I re-checked the syns again last night and realised that I had synned them wrong, they are actually 3½ syns per 100g not for the 400g tin, the actual tin is a whopping 14!!!!

I have been going over my syns with this soup for a month now - just because I didn't check the grams per serving properly.

I am so sorry to have misled you - I shall have to find a new soup now or probably make my own.

Thank goodness you saw my thread before you bought them Sarah- Jayne, I would'nt have forgiven myself if you were eating 14 syn!!! soups on my recommendation......

Well I am going to chalk it up as an experience learnt on my SW journey, and I still have so much more to learn, LOL.......
