For those who smoke

Have you found you tend to smoke more on this diet?

Ive found that im outside smoking when ever someone is eating, i feel tempted or im bored.

Happening to anyone else?

My poor lungs are going to be in terrible condition by the end of this.

ya im like that too just smoke for the sake of it but ive found that i dont enjoy a cig now as im not eatingx

I decided to give up smoking before starting the diet, just for that simple reason of knowing I'd end up smoking lots more if I did the diet first. I've been off the ciggies for 8 weeks now and what with the LT, when I start losing weight and feel a bit more confident, I'm hoping when I up my exercise, I'll feel tons better.
How is your diet going anyway? Is it going well for you?? xxxxx

oh plussizebarbie, i had to laugh at the fag ash lil comment. my OH calls me that now too,infact he even has a song, he dances, bangs the door 3 times and sings " its fag ash,du du du,its fag ash lillllllllll", i hate itttttttttttttt erghhhhhhhhhh haha.x
