Hi i want to start this diet, but i dont really like milkshakes, is the forest fruit shake more fruity? than milky? does it taste more like a smoothie than something really creamy? please someone helpp!

Ive not tried forest fruit so i cant say, but milkshakes would be my last ever choice of drinks.But all i can say is they really are not as bad as i expected, an to be fair 200mls is only a few swigs if they are ... Give it a whirl....my local chemist sells them single at £1.99...
