So, I imagine some of us have put on a bit of weight over the festive period, I know I flippin' have , and this thread is going to whip us into dieting shape. This is going to be a four week challenge, from today, taking us straight onto the 1st February. What you do, is post how much weight you would like to lose in the four week period- Be as adventurous as you like! We're all here to cheer you on, and if it doesn't work out, hey, you've tried your best! Then I stick it in this first post when all updates are in. Don't forget to let me know your weigh day also, so I can remind you all to update!
So, I'll go first. I would like to lose 10lbs in four weeks (I told you about that adventurous thing )
