Frankie and Benny!?!? how many syns?

I am going for meal next week to frankie and bennies just had a look at the menu im thinking of having the carbonran the bacon,mushroom chicken one?!? is this ok to have

if you are going for pasta you would be better of with a tomato based sauce as Carbonara is all cream

F&B do an Arrabiata which would be a much more sensible choice.

I used to love Frankie and Benny's, I would always have the Black Pepper Mayo Burger or BBQ Ribs. I wouldn't go back there for now though, it would be too tempting.
