Frankie & bennies.

Hi all,
Wondered of anyone could help.. Just been to Frankie and bennies everything on the menu was bad, so decided on the lamb shank with, mash and veg.. Lamb was served in rosemary and mont gravy.. Could anyone help me out on the syn value as I'm sure I have over done it...

Hi,

I had a quick look on the syns list and they aren't on there unfortunately.

I would syn up the usual stuff though.

The shank will be free but will have been cooked in oil. The mash will have milk and butter in it and the veg will have been cooked in oil too.

Take a guess at each, tot it up and move on. You went for the best on the menu that you could
