Hey there, I've been struggling recently to get into the swing of things, after having the flu, I just can't seem to keep it under wraps! Lol so I have decided to do a food diary, out in the open so everyone can see if I cheat or not! Haha and give me a good telling off if I do, being honest I think is the best thing for me, as pretending I haven't eaten it isn't going to help me loose the lard! So here it goes

HEB- 1 slice of whole meal bread
Breakfast
Scrambled eggs on toast, ketchup (1syn)
Mint muller light
Dinner
Banana, bag of mccoys (8 syns) Flying saucers (4syns)
(wasn't too hungry, and had a job interview)
Tea
Syn free roasties, carrots, broccoli, chicken
I got hungry later on
Pasta, ham, quark salt and pepper
Sugar free vimto
