Def 5 syns sorry but you can work out the syns for anything like this by using 1 syn for every 20 calories. Perhaps they were talking about a smaller size ?

5 syns is probably still worth it! 5.5 for a kitkat with nowhere near as much chocolate, I love freddos! Will defs keep these in mind now for a cheeky chocolate syn.
